You have just finished putting a new flat roof on our dining room extension and we are just writing to say a very, very big thank you!
After 20 months of trying to get this job done, making appointments with endless tradesmen we were in despair – you just would not believe the number of traders who just did not turn up as agreed, or if they attended, never came back to us with a price or, if they did, then never actually turned up to start the job as agree and, yes, believe it or not some of these traders were council approved!
The roof was not, fortunately, leaking but was dire in need of replacement having had 25 years out of the old one.
We eventually found your company and we couldn’t be more pleased that we did.
Although you priced a little while ago, unfortunately the weather turning against us all and the winter months did not allow you to get to us to do it. However, throughout this time Dave constantly kept in contact with us re- assuring us he was just awaiting the right weather and, even, during the snow, ringing us to make sure we had not got any problems, assuring us if we had, a phone call to you and you would be around immediately to cover up with protection – excellent – knowing this and the peace of mind it brought during the worst of the winter was a god send. We just cannot thank you enough.
Job finally done last week and what an excellent job you made – from ensuring we had the right felt colour we wanted, to explaining all that you did, working nonstop, all together, as a competent reliable team where each of you knew exactly what the other was doing and basically “just got on with it”. You instilled such confidence and for once I didn’t feel I had to “keep checking” on what a tradesman was doing – even my husband commented on how “stress free” I was – something you don’t usually associate with having tradesmen in! Wonderful, excellent, super company – what more can we say, would not hesitate to recommend you.
The site was left tidy and very clean on completion of the works and all rubbish cleared from the site. You even went to the trouble of putting protective sheeting over the patio and parking areas so as to ensure there was no chance of even a small “bitumen” stain being left anywhere. You even keep to your original price quote despite prices increasing in the meantime.
So really, couldn’t leave another way to pass without saying “So very many thanks to you all”. Your company is an example to many and it’s a shame it is so difficult to find such superb workmanship and customer services. Keep up the excellent service, a customer really couldn’t want for more. Very highly recommended. Thank you."
